Why Idaho Needs a Victory Garden Tax Credit

Global supply chains are fragile. Idaho needs to focus on supply chain resilience—especially food independence. To that end, we propose instituting a “Victory Garden” tax credit, which, like its namesake in WWII, will prompt people to grow at least some of their own food. Dig for Victory!
